Orders placed in the Tudatos Nők webshop are delivered to you through the following shipping partners:
- DPD – home delivery
- MPL (Hungarian Post Logistics) – home delivery, MPL PostaPont or MPL parcel locker
- FoxPost – parcel locker
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days of confirmation (for cash on delivery, from the date of the order; for prepayment, from the date the payment is received). Once the parcel has been dispatched, we will e-mail you the tracking code.
Shipping fees
The shipping fee depends on the delivery method you choose, not on the weight of the parcel. For cash on delivery, the handling fee shown in the table is added. You can always see the final amount at checkout, before you place your order.

Shipping is free for orders over HUF 20,000.
What happens if you don't collect the parcel?
For home delivery, the courier usually attempts delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is kept at the nearest pick-up point for a set period, and you will be notified by SMS or e-mail.
What if my parcel is lost or seriously delayed?
If tracking shows no movement for a long time, let us know at [email protected] with your order number – we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
