- Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.)
- Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection
- Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services

The language of the contracts covered by these Terms is Hungarian. The contract is not considered a written contract and is not filed by the Service Provider.
4. Range of products, prices
The Webshop offers products that support a conscious lifestyle, in six categories: Mind & Self-Knowledge, Body & Health, Skin & Beauty Care, Drinks & Rituals, Home & Cleanliness, and Movement & Relaxation. The Buyer is informed of the essential characteristics of the products in the description on the product page.
The prices shown are final prices in Hungarian forints (HUF). The Service Provider is exempt from VAT (subjective tax exemption, AAM), therefore it does not charge VAT on the sale price of the products, and the invoices it issues do not contain VAT. Prices do not include the shipping fee, which the Buyer can see on the cart page before finalising the order. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices; changes do not apply to orders already placed and confirmed.
Procedure in case of an incorrect price
A price of HUF 0, or a disproportionately low price incorrectly calculated relative to the indicated discount percentage, is in particular considered an obviously incorrect price. In such a case, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price; it offers the possibility of purchasing the product at the correct price, in the knowledge of which the Buyer may decide whether to order the product at the correct price. If the Buyer does not take up this offer, no contract is concluded between the parties.
5. Ordering process and conclusion of the contract
The Buyer places the selected product in the cart, checks its contents (quantity, price, shipping fee), then enters their billing and delivery details and selects the delivery and payment method. By clicking the "Send order" button, the Buyer makes an offer that involves an obligation to pay.
The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order electronically without delay, but within 48 hours at the latest (first, automatic confirmation). If the confirmation does not arrive within this period, the Buyer is released from the obligation of their offer. The contract is concluded when the confirmation e-mail sent by the Service Provider – accepting the offer – becomes available to the Buyer.
Before finalising the order, the Buyer can check and correct the entered data at any time. The Service Provider draws attention to the fact that it is not liable for a missing confirmation or incorrect performance caused by incorrectly entered data (e.g. wrong e-mail address or delivery address); the Buyer must report any data entry error to the Service Provider as soon as possible.
6. Payment methods
- Bank card payment through the online payment system of Barion Payment Zrt. (with the usual accepted bank cards).
- Payment from a Barion balance, if the Buyer has a Barion wallet.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the Barion system.
- Cash on delivery: the Buyer pays the purchase price and the cash-on-delivery fee to the courier when receiving the parcel.
- Bank transfer in advance: the Buyer may also pay for the order by direct transfer to the Service Provider's bank account above; in this case, the Service Provider dispatches the parcel after the purchase price has been received.
Bank card payments are made through the secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment system of Barion Payment Zrt. (registered office: 1117 Budapest, Irinyi József utca 4-20.; MNB licence number: H-EN-I-1064/2013); the Service Provider does not see or store the Buyer's bank card details.
The Service Provider issues its invoices through the Számlázz.hu system and sends them to the Buyer electronically.
7. Delivery terms
The Service Provider delivers the ordered products through the following partners:
- MPL (Hungarian Post Logistics) – home delivery, MPL PostaPont or MPL parcel locker.
- DPD – home delivery.
- FoxPost – collection from a parcel locker.
The shipping fee depends on the delivery method chosen: DPD home delivery HUF 2,490, FoxPost parcel locker HUF 1,190, MPL home delivery HUF 1,690, MPL PostaPont / parcel locker / collect from post office HUF 1,290. For cash on delivery, a handling fee is added (DPD: HUF 690, FoxPost: HUF 590, MPL: HUF 390). The Buyer can always see the final amount payable at checkout, before sending the order. For orders over HUF 20,000, the Service Provider provides free shipping regardless of the delivery method chosen.
Delivery usually takes place within 3–5 working days of the order confirmation (for cash on delivery, from the order; for prepayment by transfer or bank card, from receipt of the purchase price). By law, the Service Provider is obliged to make the Goods available to the Buyer within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract at the latest; in justified cases (stock shortage, force majeure) the delivery time may differ, of which the Service Provider informs the Buyer by e-mail.
Parcels not collected
If the Buyer fails to accept the Goods ordered and handed over for delivery without good reason, and does not indicate an intention to withdraw, this constitutes a breach of contract. In this case, the Service Provider attempts redelivery, which may be subject to an additional shipping fee; if no agreement can be reached, it is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect and to claim from the Buyer the proven costs of the unsuccessful delivery and return.
8. Retention of title, payment of the purchase price
The Service Provider retains ownership of the ordered Goods until the full purchase price and the shipping fee have been paid. The Service Provider is entitled to withhold delivery of the Goods until it is satisfied that payment of the purchase price has been successfully completed in accordance with the chosen payment method.
9. The consumer's right of withdrawal
Under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), a Buyer who qualifies as a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer, takes possession of the Goods (for an order consisting of several items, the last item). The right may also be exercised from the day the contract is concluded until the Goods are received.
Withdrawal may be exercised using the online withdrawal function available in the Webshop, by means of the model form in the annex to the decree, or by any other clear written statement (by e-mail to [email protected], or by post to the Service Provider's registered office). The Service Provider confirms receipt of the withdrawal statement electronically without delay.
The Buyer must return the Goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of communicating the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Buyer. The Service Provider refunds the full amount paid by the Buyer – including the shipping fee, up to the cost of the least expensive delivery method – after receiving the returned Goods or proof that they have been sent back, but no later than 14 days, using the same payment method as the Buyer used.
The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The Service Provider is unable to accept parcels returned cash on delivery or with postage due.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under the Civil Code and Section 29 (1) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), the Consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in particular in the following cases:
- for perishable Goods or Goods that quickly deteriorate;
- for sealed Goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery – this typically applies to some of the cosmetics, body care products and dietary supplements in the Webshop's range, if the Buyer has opened their packaging;
- for Goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- for Goods made specifically according to the Buyer's instructions or request, or clearly personalised for the Buyer.
The products concerned (in particular opened cosmetics and dietary supplements) are indicated on the product page or on the packaging.
10. Warranty for defects, product warranty, guarantee
Warranty for defects (kellékszavatosság)
In the event of defective performance by the Service Provider, the Buyer may assert a warranty claim against the Service Provider under the rules of the Civil Code and, for consumer contracts, Government Decree 373/2021. (VI. 30.). The Buyer may – at their choice – request repair or replacement, unless fulfilling the chosen claim is impossible or would cause the Service Provider disproportionate additional costs compared with the other claim. If the Buyer did not or could not request repair or replacement, they may request a proportionate price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
If the defect is remedied by repair, the two-year limitation period of the warranty claim is extended once by 12 months. The Buyer must report the defect immediately after discovering it, but no later than within two months; no warranty claim can be asserted more than two years after performance. If a defect is discovered within one year of performance, it shall be presumed to have existed at the time of performance, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the Goods.
Product warranty (termékszavatosság)
Instead of the warranty for defects, the Buyer may – at their choice – also assert a claim against the manufacturer (distributor), only in the form of repair or replacement, within two years of the manufacturer placing the Goods on the market. The manufacturer is exempt from liability if it proves that it did not place the Goods on the market in the course of its business activity, or that the defect could not be detected according to the state of science and technology at that time.
Guarantee (jótállás)
The vast majority of the products offered in the Webshop (food-type and cosmetic products) do not fall within the scope of durable consumer goods subject to the mandatory guarantee under Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.). If the Service Provider voluntarily, or by law, undertakes a guarantee for a particular product, its exact terms are set out on the product page or in the documentation supplied with the product.
11. Complaints handling, legal remedies
The Buyer may submit consumer complaints about the product or the Service Provider's activities using the contact details in section 1 (e-mail: [email protected], phone: +36 70 789 7800). The Service Provider remedies oral complaints immediately where possible; if this is not possible, it records the complaint in a report. The Service Provider responds to written complaints on the merits within 30 days of receipt.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Consumer has the following legal remedies:
- Filing a complaint with the consumer protection authority, i.e. the county (or Budapest) government office competent for the Consumer's place of residence.
- Initiating proceedings before a conciliation body (békéltető testület). The body competent for the Service Provider's registered office: Pest County Conciliation Body (Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület; postal address: 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint u. 25. IV/2.; e-mail: [email protected]; website: panaszrendezes.hu). The Buyer may also turn to the body competent for their own place of residence (contact details: bekeltetes.hu).
- Initiating court proceedings under the rules of the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure.
The Service Provider declares that it fulfils its obligation to cooperate in conciliation body proceedings; it has not made a general declaration of submission to the body at the time these Terms enter into force.
12. Loyalty points programme and coupon codes
The Service Provider operates a loyalty points programme for registered Buyers who shop while logged in. The current description of the programme is available on the Webshop's Loyalty points page.
- Collecting points: 1 point is awarded for every HUF 100 of the price of the purchased products, calculated per product. No points are awarded for the shipping fee or the cash-on-delivery handling fee. No points can be credited for orders placed as a guest (without registration).
- Redemption: 500 points can be redeemed for a HUF 500 discount and 1,000 points for a HUF 1,000 discount. Redemption takes place on the "Presents" page of the customer account; the Service Provider sends the coupon code providing the discount by e-mail. The HUF 500 coupon can be used on orders of at least HUF 3,000, and the HUF 1,000 coupon on orders of at least HUF 5,000.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person; points remaining after redemption can continue to be collected in the account.
- In the event of withdrawal, cancellation or a parcel not being collected, the Service Provider is entitled to deduct the points credited for the order concerned.
- The Service Provider is entitled to modify or discontinue the programme. It provides information about any changes in the Webshop; in the event of discontinuation, it gives at least 30 days' notice, during which the points already collected can be redeemed under the above conditions.
Coupon codes: coupon codes issued by the Service Provider (e.g. a discount code received when subscribing to the newsletter, or a coupon from redeeming loyalty points) can be entered in the cart before sending the order, provided that the conditions attached to the coupon (e.g. validity period, minimum order value) are met. One coupon code can be used per order; coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift voucher:
- Gift vouchers worth HUF 5,000, HUF 10,000 and HUF 15,000 can be purchased in the Webshop, by advance bank transfer only. Once the amount has been received, we send the voucher by e-mail in PDF format.
- Each voucher has a unique code, which must be entered in the cart when placing an order. It is valid for 1 year from the date of issue; the expiry date is shown on the voucher.
- It can be used once, in a single order. If the order value is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another order. If the order value is higher, the remaining amount must be paid using the chosen payment method.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is not valid after its expiry date. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for the loss of the voucher or for unauthorised use of the code.
- The right of withdrawal described in point 9 does not apply to the purchase of a gift voucher.
13. Sales abroad
The Service Provider does not restrict Buyers' access to the Webshop on the basis of their nationality, place of residence or place of establishment. Unless otherwise provided, the Service Provider ensures delivery/collection of the ordered Goods within the territory of Hungary; the language of communication and purchase is primarily Hungarian. The Service Provider is exempt from VAT and therefore does not charge VAT on the price of the products.
14. Copyright, miscellaneous provisions
The content displayed in the Webshop (texts, images, graphic elements, the structure and appearance of the Webshop) is protected by copyright and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without the prior written permission of the Service Provider.
Force majeure: the Service Provider is not liable for delay in performing or failure to perform its contractual obligations due to an event beyond its control that cannot reasonably be averted (natural disaster, strike, transport disruption, IT system failure, official measure).
If any provision of these Terms proves to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions; the invalid part is replaced by the relevant statutory provision. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally; amendments enter into force upon publication in the Webshop and do not apply to orders already confirmed.
Language: These Terms are also available in Hungarian. In case of any dispute or discrepancy between the language versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
