Withdrawal and refund in one place: here you can find out how to withdraw from your purchase and how to get your money back.
Under the rules on distance contracts (Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.)), as a consumer you may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
When does the 14-day period start?
From the day you receive the product (or, for an order consisting of several items, the last item).
How can you exercise this right?
- Through the Webshop's online withdrawal function ("Withdrawal from the contract", then "Confirm withdrawal").
- By e-mail, with a clear statement sent to [email protected] (please include your order number).
- By post, with a statement sent to 2030 Érd, Fodormenta utca 3/A, Hungary.
- Using the model withdrawal form in the annex to the decree.
Exceptions – when can it NOT be exercised?
- For perishable products or products that quickly deteriorate.
- For sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (typically some cosmetics, body care products and dietary supplements, once opened).
- For products which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items.
- For custom product packages put together specifically at your request.
We make the refund after the product has been returned, within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method as the original. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Withdrawal from the contract
If you would like to withdraw from your order within the 14-day period, you can do so in the following ways.
Online withdrawal function (recommended)
In the Webshop, among your orders, click the "Withdrawal from the contract" function, then finalise your withdrawal with the "Confirm withdrawal" button.
What happens after you submit your statement?
- We confirm receipt of your withdrawal statement by e-mail without delay.
- You must return the product within 14 days of sending your statement (2030 Érd, Fodormenta utca 3/A, Hungary).
- Please include the invoice or the order confirmation in the returned parcel so we can identify it faster.
- We refund the purchase price (including the cost of the cheapest delivery method) after the product has been returned, within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method as the original.
