If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund of the purchase price under the 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed by law. Here is a short summary of how it works.
What does it apply to?
Within 14 days of receipt, we refund the full purchase price for unused products in unopened, undamaged packaging – provided that, by their nature (for hygiene reasons), they can be returned.
What does it not apply to?
- Opened or used cosmetics and body care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Dietary supplements, teas and other food-type products whose packaging has been opened.
- Custom product packages put together specifically at your request.
How the refund works
- Let us know your order number at [email protected].
- Send the product back together with the corresponding invoice/receipt.
- After checking the product, and within 14 days at the latest, we will refund the full purchase price using the original payment method.
