The so-called active forms of B vitamins are those that are active inside cells. Of these, however, vitamins B1, B2, B5 and B6 cannot be utilized in their active forms, only after they have been digested by enzymes into their simpler forms. Only these simple forms can pass through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream and/or enter the cells from there, where they are then converted into their active forms. For this reason, taking their active forms is – contrary to some misconceptions – disadvantageous, since it is more expensive, while it does not spare the body conversion processes but, on the contrary, burdens it with additional steps, and their absorption is also lower. We use the right form everywhere, that is, we do not unnecessarily use a "trendy" active form, especially when it is distinctly disadvantageous.

Our product does not contain vitamin B3, since we find its continuous consumption counterproductive, so in our view it has no place in a product intended for daily use. Only someone who lives exclusively on refined foods can be deficient in it, as a wide range of natural foods contains it abundantly. On the other hand, problems arise regarding its chronic overconsumption. In some cases it may be worth supplementing, but even then we recommend it periodically rather than continuously, i.e. not daily but e.g. a few times a month.

Our product contains in 1 capsule the B vitamins found in the daily dose of GAL Multivitamin, in the same forms and amounts. We recommend it to those looking for a carefully composed B-vitamin complex to complement other vitamins and mineral products they take separately.

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Shelf life: Cut open the pouch in the box with scissors along the notch visible on its edges, then close it carefully afterwards, so its contents remain edible for a quarter of a year.
