GAL Babaváró® (Baby-Planning) – 30-day supply

We developed our GAL Babaváró® (Baby-Planning) product in the light of the latest research, keeping naturalness and real-life realism in mind, so that it contains every vitamin, mineral and trace element in the ideal form, amount and ratio, not deviating from how we could obtain them through a constantly nutrient-rich, varied diet. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals partly come from extracts of medicinal and culinary herbs from organic farming. With the amounts, we considered it important throughout that the daily dose certainly contains the dose found to be effective, but by no means exceeds realistic amounts, that is, an amount that could not be covered by diet in any way. In addition, it is extremely important that nothing that does not belong there gets in the way of the undisturbed development of a new life. You will not find a trace of such a thing in our product.

Daily dose: 1 vitamin C vegan capsule (white) + 1 Lipophilic oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophilic vegan powder capsules (yellow).

Recommended dosage: We recommend taking it from the very thought of family planning, ideally at least 3 months before conception, until the end of breastfeeding, and it may even be worth continuing longer.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding it is worth eating saltwater fish/seafood 2-3 times a week. If you do not, we recommend also taking GAL Omega-3 Eco. If your diet is not rich in magnesium (does not abound in game meats, cephalopods, mollusks, leafy greens, quinoa, and a good portion of pumpkin every day), also take good-quality magnesium; you will find two kinds in our range. Or we simply recommend that in such cases you switch to GAL+ Babaváró®, which among other things also contains these. With any main meal during the day, all four capsules can be taken at once, but morning or daytime is better than evening. If you want to maximize absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsule on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and 1 with your second, while the softgel oil capsules can be taken with any main meal, but best with the one richest in fat, not in the evening.

Attention, not recommended for individuals taking coumarin-type anticoagulants!

Shelf life: Cut open the pouch in the box with scissors along the notch visible on its edges, then close it carefully afterwards, so its contents remain edible for a quarter of a year. The silica gel insert in the product also serves to absorb ambient moisture, contributing to preserving the flawless quality of the capsules.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of children.
