GAL+ Multivitamin – 30-day supply

We developed our GAL+ Multivitamin in the light of the latest research, keeping naturalness and real-life dietary patterns in mind, so that it contains every vitamin, mineral and trace element in an ideal form, amount and ratio, not deviating from how we could obtain them through a constantly nutrient-rich, varied diet. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals partly come from extracts of medicinal and culinary herbs from organic (bio) cultivation. As for the amounts, it was important to us throughout that the daily serving definitely contains the dose found to be effective, but under no circumstances exceeds realistic amounts, i.e. amounts that could not be covered by diet in any way. Beyond that, it is extremely important that nothing that does not belong gets in the way of the carefully selected raw materials. You will not find a trace of anything like that in our product.

Daily serving: 1 Lipophilic oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophilic powder capsules (yellow) + 5 grams of complementary drink powder.

Recommended dosage:

Lipophilic oil and Hydrophilic powder capsules: Can be taken during a meal with a few sips of liquid, preferably at breakfast or lunch rather than dinner. All three capsules can be taken at once, but because of the high vitamin and mineral content, it is advantageous to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules with separate meals, so that even those who are sensitive can avoid digestive discomfort.

Complementary drink powder: Dissolve in liquid. Although it can be drunk all at once, for maximum utilisation it is better in several portions. It is advisable to consume it within 8 hours of dissolving, so it is practical to prepare 1 serving each in the morning and in the afternoon, from 2.5 grams of drink powder each. This way it can be comfortably sipped throughout the day.

Choline has been removed from the product because our experience from feedback and newer studies on choline point in the same direction: the type and manner of choline supplementation that is optimal differs from person to person. For some, lecithin is the most suitable, for others choline salt or another choline source, and with plentiful consumption of quinoa and/or egg yolk/liver, supplementing may even be unnecessary. In summary: Everything (capsules + drink powder) can be taken at once with any main meal, but if your digestive system is sensitive and/or you want to get the most out of the product, it is worth taking it in several portions in the ways mentioned.
