GAL Q10 + MCT – 250 ml

Q10 produced by plant fermentation, dissolved in MCT oil without crystals and stabilised.

Q10 exists in two forms, the reduced (ubiquinol) and the non-reduced (ubiquinone) form. Naturally, only the non-reduced form can be produced (ideally through plant fermentation), but both forms are present in our body and in foods, and we need both. The reduced form is very sensitive to heat, acid and light, and is already oxidised by stomach acid. So orally we can only obtain the non-reduced form. However, our body converts this into the reduced form as needed, so although we can only obtain the oxidised form, roughly the same amount of ubiquinol and ubiquinone circulates in our body. Our antioxidant system is responsible for the reduction, and if we support it with just proper nutrition and, for example, a little vitamin C, that is enough for it to do this perfectly; there is no need to take the reduced form, which would be futile orally anyway.

Q10 is a crystalline substance that does not dissolve at all in an aqueous medium and dissolves in an oily medium only when warm, and it is difficult to keep in solution, while without being crystal-free its absorption is poor. In our product we used a simple but, until now, unused solution to eliminate this problem: we created the highest possible concentration Q10 solution, which is able to keep Q10 in a crystal-free, dissolved state over a wide temperature range. We dissolved it in MCT oil obtained from palm kernels from sustainable farming, so that absorption is not hindered even in case of insufficient bile production. To ensure stability, and at the same time to support the proper reduction of Q10 within the body, we also added our unique antioxidant system.

Recommended use: We recommend taking 5 ml (1-2 tsp) per day in one or even several portions. It is best with a meal, but can also be taken without. It is worth taking half of the recommended dose in the first few days, because MCT oil can cause mild diarrhoea in those who are sensitive to it at first (below 10 ml per day this is very rare). Over time this passes and the dose can be increased.

Storage: in a dry place at room temperature, protected from light. Attention: if stored for a long time below 12°C, the Q10 may crystallise out, which dissolves back at room temperature or when slightly warmed.

Shelf life: After opening, store the product at room temperature and consume it within a quarter of a year. Make sure to measure the required amount only with a clean spoon so that the product does not become contaminated, as that leads to faster spoilage.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of children.
