Shoden® is a new type of ashwagandha extract, praised above all for its higher active ingredient content than ever before. That is true, but it does not matter particularly. What really makes Shoden® interesting is shown very well by, among other things, a 2023 clinical study (PMC10746415): taking the same amount of active ingredient at a given active ingredient concentration showed 18 times better bioavailability than a conventional ashwagandha extract. It is extracted with both alcohol and water, using state-of-the-art technology. In this way, an even broader range of its active ingredients is obtained than in the case of Sensoril®, which we have used until now, with the broadest spectrum of active ingredient content so far and produced by water-only extraction, so it may show an even stronger synergistic effect on absorption as well. Beyond what follows from the most advanced extraction, it has also been confirmed by measurement that Shoden® contains not only far more, but far more kinds of active ingredients than the best extracts so far, which is beautifully visible in a comparison of their so-called chromatograms.

Recommended dosage: Although ashwagandha is usually taken on an empty stomach, this is less important in the case of Shoden®. Even 1 capsule a day is beneficial, but we basically recommend taking 1-2 capsules in the morning and, if desired, the same amount in the hours before bedtime. Depending on the goal, it can be taken at other times too, e.g. before exercise. Do not take more than 4 at once, and no more than 4 capsules in a single day.

Attention: not recommended in case of hyperthyroidism, and during pregnancy take only with your doctor's approval.

Shelf life: Cut open the pouch inside the box with scissors along the notch visible on its edges, and later reseal it carefully; this way its contents remain consumable for a quarter of a year.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of children.
