Mandarin essential oil helps you fall asleep and is calming and stress-relieving. In young children it eases fear, and in babies colic.

Professional tip: in the room of children and babies who sleep poorly, add 2 drops of mandarin and 2 drops of lemon essential oil to the diffuser before bedtime. Lemon essential oil is refreshing and recommended for illness prevention, especially when older siblings are around.

Precautions: When applied to the skin it has a photosensitizing effect – the treated skin must not be exposed to sunlight or UV radiation for 8 hours! Store protected from light and heat! Do a skin test before use: apply one drop of the essential oil to the crook of your elbow or the inside of your wrist; if no allergic reaction appears within 24 hours, it can be used safely.
