Face tonic: 50 ml lemon balm hydrosol + 5 drops geranium essential oil + 3 drops grapefruit essential oil, applied morning and evening. Nerve-soothing bath: 30 ml lemon balm hydrosol + 5 drops lavender essential oil added to the bath water, or as a body spray in summer heat.
