HerbaTherapy Shea butter – Nourishing and skin-softening cold-pressed natural butter, 200 ml

Shea butter (karité butter) is a natural plant butter with a rich texture obtained from the nut of the shea tree – it gives a nourishing, softening, skin-protecting feel and intensely supports the comfort of dry skin. Cold-pressed, unrefined, 100% pure, organic, vegan, not tested on animals, without synthetic additives. A thick, buttery texture that melts in a warm hand.

What it can be used for: in moisturizing creams and body lotions; lip balms; hand and foot care products; hair conditioners and hair masks; massage balms; balms for expectant mothers; creams for mature skin; caring for dry, sensitive skin.

Skin care: excellent comfort care for dry, tight, rough or sensitive skin – helps give a silkier, softer skin feel by forming a rich protective layer; can also be used on its own for very dry areas (elbows, heels, backs of hands).

Hair care: makes hair softer, cares for dry ends and reduces frizz – very little is enough, especially on fine hair.

DIY ideas: simple body butter – a mix of shea butter + jojoba oil or almond oil; lip balm – shea butter + beeswax/plant wax + vegetable oil; hair end care – a small amount of shea butter on dry ends.

Use: warm a small amount in your palm and massage it into the skin; mixed with vegetable oil it makes a softer balm; on hair as a mask or in small amounts on the ends.

Safe use: a cosmetic raw material intended for external use, not a food. For sensitive skin, it's worth testing on a small area before first use. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
