Natur Tanya® MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE is an active ingredient with a proven low size of only 172.3 Dalton, derived 100% from magnesium bisglycinate, in a plant capsule shell. This high-bioavailability, amino acid chelate form of magnesium can be taken from age 3, is well tolerated, does not cause stomach complaints and is safe over the long term. Dosage:
