A total of 55 concentrated active ingredients, including 36 fermented vegetables, fruits and herbs and 19 vitamins and minerals. Among the ingredients are worldwide-patented bioactive folate, chelated iron and vitamin K2, plant-based vitamin D3 from algae, and antioxidants
