Organic vegan iron syrup
Natur Tanya Organic Vegan Iron syrup concentrates 11 ingredients and was developed for those who want to be more energetic in everyday life. Alongside organic iron, the concentrate contains worldwide-patented, bioactive, fourth-generation Quatrefolic® folate, apple, spinach, watercress, carrot, apricot, rosehip extract (and vitamin C obtained from it), stinging nettle, vitamin B12 and manganese. The product can be consumed from age 3; it is made without added sugar and sweetened with stevia.

Dosage:
Children: 1 tablespoon (10 ml) a day; adults: 1–2 tablespoons (10–20 ml) a day, mixed with 200–300 ml of water or fruit juice (e.g. orange juice), taken with meals. Shake before use! Completely safe even with long-term use. You can check its effectiveness with your doctor by monitoring your iron level.
Duration of use: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days. Safe over the long term; if possible, ask your doctor about monitoring your iron level.
