Scuba is a reimagining of classic kombucha: made from tea (green or black) or cascara, with fruit and spice combinations, fermented with a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). The yeasts break down the sugar and the bacteria produce acids, creating a refreshing, slightly tart drink. Heat-stabilized, so it contains no live cultures, but it retains the organic acids, antioxidants, minerals and the natural depth of flavor from fermentation. Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, made in Hungary, with no artificial flavorings or colorings.

Ingredients: water, kombucha culture, peach purée, sugar, sencha tea, salt, natural preservative (glycolipid complex).
