B-vitamin complex – The full range of active B vitamins in one capsule

WTN B-vitamin complex is a modern formula that contains the members of the B-vitamin group in their active, so-called coenzyme forms. These forms are compounds also naturally found in the body that can participate directly in biochemical processes.

In WTN B-complex, not only vitamins B6, B9 and B12 (B6 – pyridoxal-5'-phosphate [P5P]; B9 – calcium folate or glucosamine folate salt; B12 – methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin) are present in active form, but the other B vitamins too.

That's why in WTN B-vitamin complex:

• Alongside the earlier thiamine hydrochloride form of vitamin B1, a more active thiamine pyrophosphate chloride has now been added.
• For vitamin B2, instead of riboflavin we used riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate, the active coenzyme form of vitamin B2.
• For vitamin B3, instead of niacinamide we used inositol hexanicotinate, one of the active coenzyme forms of vitamin B3.
• For vitamin B5, we also replaced calcium D-pantothenate with the active coenzyme form of B5, pantethine.

WTN B-vitamin complex is also complemented by a phytomatrix plant blend containing fruit and herbal extracts from natural sources (such as mango and holy basil).
This formula helps preserve the vitamins in their natural biological environment.

B vitamins contribute to many normal functions of the body, such as:

• Energy and metabolism: vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 1 capsule a day.
• Take it with a meal, as B vitamins can cause nausea on an empty stomach.
• Take it with breakfast or lunch, as it has an energizing effect and may therefore negatively affect sleep quality.

Warning:

• Consuming dietary supplements is not a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
• If an appetite-increasing effect occurs, taking a high dose (~1000 mg) of vitamin C at the same time is recommended.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place.
• If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients, do not use the product!
• It is strongly recommended to take dietary supplements separately from coffee! It is best to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee, or at least 2 hours after.
• Taking dietary supplements with milk-based products is not recommended!
• If you take several dietary supplements, consult a professional about the order in which to take them so that the active ingredients don't cancel each other out.
• Use as a course is recommended, unless your doctor or naturopath has advised otherwise.
