Organic minerals such as magnesium bisglycinate are typically formed by the chemical reaction of a mineral source (in this case magnesium oxide) and two amino acids (glycine). Depending on the precision of the manufacturing technology, the properties of the end product may differ, so nutritional science distinguishes so-called 'selectively' and 'fully' reacted forms.

In 'selectively reacted' forms, the mineral component and the amino acid react only partially, i.e. not every molecule is converted (in this case into magnesium bisglycinate), and the starting magnesium oxide also remains part of the system.

In contrast, the 'fully reacted' form refers to a technological approach where the goal is that no magnesium oxide remains in the end product. This can help the ingredients show a more uniform structure.

Main features of WTN Magnesium + B6 complex

• Organic magnesium: magnesium is present bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine (magnesium bisglycinate). This is a stable chelated form widely used in nutritional science.
• Pure magnesium source: since we used fully reacted magnesium, it contains no magnesium oxide. The amount of active ingredient stated on the label comes entirely from the organic form.
• Active vitamin B6: it contains the biologically active variant of vitamin B6 (P-5-P), which the body no longer needs to convert.
• Supplemented with plant extracts: the active ingredients are embedded in a natural matrix containing spinach, kale, artichoke, okra and roselle extracts.
• Clean, additive-free composition: during development we avoided all unnecessary additives. The product is GMO-free and contains no artificial colorings, preservatives or flavorings.

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 2–3 capsules a day. Preferably 1 capsule during the day with a meal and 1–2 capsules before bedtime.
• The need for magnesium intake may vary depending on individual lifestyle and physical or mental strain. Where justified, using a larger amount of magnesium than the recommended daily dose may be advisable.
• It is recommended to take it at least 2 hours apart from calcium-containing dietary supplements – e.g. WTN Calcium complex.

• It is strongly recommended to take dietary supplements separately from coffee! It is best to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee, or at least 2 hours after.
• Taking dietary supplements with milk-based products is not recommended!
