Active vitamins, organic minerals and trace elements in one – for daily dietary supplementation!
Splitting the daily dose into several parts helps ensure balanced intake.
Main features of WTN Multivitamin complex
1. Conscious consideration of micronutrient interactions
In developing WTN Multivitamin complex, our goal was to put together the combination of vitamins and minerals taking into account the interactions described in the scientific literature.
The absorption and utilization of different vitamins and minerals in the body are not independent processes. According to the literature, certain micronutrients may compete during absorption, while in other cases they specifically promote each other.
For example, it has been described for calcium and magnesium, or iron and magnesium, that taking them at the same time can affect the degree of absorption. Pharmaceutical summaries of product characteristics also point to similar relationships, often mentioning interactions between minerals.
The daily dose of WTN Multivitamin complex is split into several parts, taking micronutrient interactions into account, so nutrient intake can be organized more consciously throughout the day.
WTN Multivitamin complex is made up of four different products; the composition of the four products differs, so it's worth taking them at separate times (our suggestion: morning, noon and evening). If this doesn't work, the capsules can also be taken approx. 20 minutes apart.

I'd like more specifics about mutually exclusive, inhibiting antagonistic effects
For micronutrients, with practicality in mind, it is useful to distinguish four main interactions:
- Absorption synergists: help each other's absorption from the digestive tract;
- Absorption antagonists: inhibit each other's absorption from the digestive tract;
- Bioavailability (metabolic) synergists: after absorption, they help and enhance each other's bioavailability;
- Bioavailability (metabolic) antagonists: after absorption, they inhibit and prevent each other's bioavailability.
Based on the above interactions, there are vitamins, minerals and trace elements that are absorption antagonists. A few selected examples of scientifically established interactions:
- Calcium and magnesium compete with each other during absorption, where calcium usually wins.
- Zinc interferes with copper absorption. Zinc taken in high doses over the long term can cause serious copper deficiency.
- Taking iron and vitamin E together can affect the utilization of vitamin E.
- Folic acid / folate (vitamin B9) reduces zinc absorption.
- The nitrile functional group inhibits iodine absorption, so those who supplement vitamin B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin should pay attention to this.
A further complexity of the system is that absorption antagonists can also be metabolic antagonists (e.g. magnesium and calcium inhibit each other's absorption, and then the already absorbed magnesium and calcium also compete with each other during utilization), but they can also be metabolic synergists (e.g. zinc and vitamin C inhibit each other's absorption, but zinc and vitamin C help each other's bioavailability once they are both present in the body).
2. Contains active vitamins and organic minerals and trace elements
Vitamins
Vitamins are available in different forms in dietary supplements. Some forms are so-called active or coenzyme forms, while others occur as inactive precursors. With inactive forms, the body has to carry out further biochemical conversions, which require enzymes and cofactors (minerals, trace elements). The efficiency of conversion can vary from person to person, depending among other things on nutritional status and metabolic processes.
The product contains the active form of several vitamins. However, the degree of absorption may be influenced by individual factors (such as the condition of the gut), which can generally affect the uptake of macro- and micronutrients.
Examples of vitamin forms used in WTN Multivitamin complex:
Active B vitamins:
- thiamine pyrophosphate chloride (vitamin B1),
- riboflavin-5-phosphate (vitamin B2),
- pantethine (vitamin B5),
- glucosamine folate salt (vitamin B9),
- adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
Vitamin C: vitamin C is present in the product in two forms: as water-soluble magnesium ascorbate, and in a fat-soluble version. These different forms have different solubility properties and are therefore distributed differently in the body.
Vitamin E: vitamin E is present in the product in several natural forms, as a combination of mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols. These include gamma- and delta-tocopherols as well as tocotrienols, not just isolated alpha-tocopherol. The product contains no synthetic vitamin E derivatives.
Vitamin K: the product contains exclusively the trans form of vitamin K2.
A few things to know about vitamin names!
A few things to know about vitamin names!
Behind the name of a vitamin there may be several molecular variants, for which the name of the vitamin is used as a collective term.
E.g. all of these are called vitamin E: dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, dl-alpha-tocopheryl succinate, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, dl-alpha-tocopherol, d-alpha-tocopherol, alpha-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol, delta-tocopherol, and the tocotrienols (alpha-, beta-, gamma-, delta-).
This means that chemically different forms may lie behind a seemingly identical name, so it's worth paying attention to exactly which variant is in a product.
Minerals and trace elements
Minerals and trace elements are available in different chemical forms. In developing the product, we chose forms that are typically complexes with amino acids, such as glycine.
We did not use inorganic compounds in the formula, nor did we use citrate, gluconate or picolinate forms.
Magnesium
The product uses magnesium bisglycinate, in which magnesium is bound to two glycine molecules.
Selenium
Selenomethionine is an organic form of selenium, one of the organic chemical forms of selenium.
Chromium
The product contains chromium yeast, which contains complexes formed with various amino acids and nicotinic acid (vitamin B3), supplemented with inactive yeast.
IMPORTANT: the product does not contain vanadium, as it is not permitted in dietary supplements in the European Union. The formulation contains 200:1 parsley concentrate, a natural plant ingredient.
3. Ingredients tuned for stability
A capsule or tablet contains several ingredients. Over time during storage these may react chemically with each other – mainly in the presence of oxygen, moisture and certain metals.
Certain forms, such as ascorbic acid (one variant of vitamin C), are particularly prone to such processes.
Several forms of vitamin C can be chosen in formulation; of these, we used magnesium ascorbate, a stable compound in salt form.
4. Transparent composition
Precise labeling of molecular forms
The label of WTN Multivitamin complex specifically highlights which molecular forms each vitamin is present in and in exactly what amount. This provides full transparency for users.
Example: for vitamin B5, the product contains a higher-concentration active form (pantethine – 50 mg/serving) and a lower-concentration form (calcium D-pantothenate – 30 mg/serving). This detailed labeling helps give users an accurate picture of the composition.
5. Micronutrient formula supplemented with plant extracts
The Phytomatrix™ used in WTN Multivitamin complex is a system containing plant extracts in which the micronutrients appear in an environment similar to their natural occurrence. This approach supports the stability of the active ingredients and helps preserve the complexity that is also characteristic of natural sources.
We call this solution WTN Phytomatrix™.
6. What does the product NOT contain?
In developing WTN Multivitamin complex, our goal was for every essential micronutrient to be present in the product in the right proportion. At the same time, we deliberately did not include some ingredients in the formula, as their supplementation may typically require an individualized approach.
- Calcium – The product contains no calcium. We believe calcium intake can primarily be ensured through a balanced diet, and the right vitamins (e.g. vitamins D3, K2) and minerals (e.g. magnesium) can contribute to supporting calcium metabolism and maintaining normal bones. Those who need separate calcium supplementation should take it from an independent, quality source.
IMPORTANT: if you still want to supplement calcium alongside WTN Multivitamin complex, take it at a separate time from the multivitamin products (approx. 30 minutes apart)!
- Iron – We did not include separate iron in the product either. This way, iron intake can be regulated individually if needed. The product also contains vitamin C, which enhances iron absorption.
- Manganese – Manganese is not included in the formula, as the required daily amount can usually be ensured with a varied diet.
This gives users room to supplement other micronutrients separately, based on individual decisions, as needed.
7. Clean composition
In developing WTN Multivitamin complex, we strove to make the product's composition as natural and transparent as possible. That's why the capsules are made without additives, i.e. they contain no excipients commonly used in manufacturing (e.g. silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate).
For the liquid formula, certain processing aids were necessary, but these are of plant origin and GMO-free. The liquid contains no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or synthetic flavorings; its mild sweetness comes from organic glycerin.
The WTN Multivitamin products are preservative-free, which was an important development consideration especially for the liquid formula.
Directions for use:
As with any vitamin or multivitamin, use as a course is recommended. After a few months of use, it's worth taking a break.
- The recommended way of taking the four products of WTN multivitamin is not necessarily the most convenient, but in terms of effectiveness it is most effective to take them split across the times of day like this:
I. During breakfast, 2 capsules.
II. After breakfast, 6 pumps of liquid, under the tongue. Shake before use!
III. After lunch, 2 capsules.
IV. During or immediately after dinner, 4 capsules.
IMPORTANT: if it's not possible to follow the directions closely, it's advisable to take the products making up the multivitamin at separate times as follows:
- you don't need to wait 30 minutes between the capsule taken during breakfast and the liquid taken after breakfast – take the liquid immediately after finishing breakfast.
- for the morning products of the multivitamin (capsule during breakfast and liquid after breakfast) and the after-lunch capsules, make sure to take them at separate times, at least 30 minutes apart, if the morning dose is also taken around lunchtime.
IN CASE OF INTERMITTENT FASTING: if you eat within a set time window, it is recommended to take the breakfast and after-lunch products with your first meal – observing the 30-minute waiting time mentioned above – and the capsules recommended during dinner with your last meal.
Consume Multivitamin Complex within 3 months of opening!
Warning:
- Hold the after-breakfast liquid under your tongue for approx. 30 seconds, then swallow. After use, it's worth rinsing your mouth or brushing your teeth to avoid tooth discoloration.
- Consuming dietary supplements is not a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place.
- If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients, do not use the product!
- It is strongly recommended to take dietary supplements separately from coffee! It is best to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee, or at least 2 hours after.
- Taking dietary supplements with milk-based products is not recommended!
- If you take several dietary supplements, consult a professional about the order in which to take them so that the active ingredients don't cancel each other out.
- Use as a course is recommended, unless your doctor or naturopath has advised otherwise.
