The cells of our body form complex systems that need many substances – also produced by our body – to work harmoniously. One such key vitamin-like compound is coenzyme Q10, found in every single one of our cells.

Why ubiquinol? – The directly usable form of Q10.

In nutritional science, two main forms of coenzyme Q10 are distinguished: ubiquinone and ubiquinol.

• Ubiquinone: the oxidized, 'stored' form of Q10. For the body to use it, it must first convert it.
• Ubiquinol: the reduced, biologically active form of Q10. The body no longer needs to convert this form, so it is directly ready for use.

The product therefore provides coenzyme Q10 already in active form.

Soy lecithin and modified corn starch are processing aids from GMO-free sources that serve water solubility.

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 1–2 capsules a day, preferably between meals.
