A fermented, natural soft drink made by fermentation from natural ingredients, without artificial sweeteners, colorings or filtering, using water kefir – a living organism also known as Japanese crystal fungus, a natural symbiosis of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts. During fermentation, lactic acid bacteria and beneficial enzymes are produced, which support the balance of the gut and the immune system. The name is deceptive: milk has nothing to do with the process; in lactic acid fermentation, sugars are broken down. A live-culture, unpasteurized, unfiltered drink with billions of probiotics and natural bubbles. Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, made in Hungary.
