Dana Stiles – Shayna Cornelius: Human Design – Designed for Life

In our modern Western society, the same rules apply to everyone, we are raised in the same educational system, and we are exposed to the same social and cultural influences. Underneath this uniformity, however, lies the uniqueness of our being and its infinite possibilities – these are the things we can explore with the help of Human Design.

Combining Western astrology, the chakra system, Yi Ching, the wisdom of Kabbalistic thinking and the knowledge of modern science, Human Design is a complex system of self-knowledge that allows us to map our abilities, qualities, motivations, and to get to know ourselves and our life's mission.

• Human Design defines five basic types of energy. Our energy type shows what our energy is for, how we participate in the functioning of the world.
• Each type of energy has a strategy, an optimal functioning, which we can follow to act in harmony with our type.
• Our authority is an internal guide that helps us make important decisions based on our own truth.
• Together, strategy and authority form a reliable navigation system with which we will be able to live a life of self-identity.
• We all also have a profile, i.e. a personality type – this is how our energy type manifests.

Let's accept who we are and live an authentic, self-identical life.
