We developed our GAL+ Babaváró® (Baby-Planning) product in the light of the latest research, keeping naturalness and real-life realism in mind, so that it contains every vitamin, mineral and trace element in the ideal form, amount and ratio, not deviating from how we could obtain them through a constantly nutrient-rich, varied diet. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals partly come from extracts of medicinal and culinary herbs from organic farming (bio). With the amounts, we considered it important throughout that the daily dose certainly contains the dose found to be effective, but by no means exceeds realistic amounts, that is, an amount that could not be covered by diet in any way. In addition, it is extremely important that alongside the carefully selected raw materials, nothing gets in the way that does not belong there. You will not find a trace of such a thing in our product.

Daily dose: 1 Lipophilic oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophilic powder capsules (yellow) + 5 grams of complementary drink powder.

Recommended dosage:

Lipophilic oil and Hydrophilic powder capsules: Can be taken during meals, with a few sips of liquid, preferably at breakfast or lunch and not at dinner. All three capsules can be taken at once, but because of the high vitamin and mineral content it is advantageous to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules at separate meals, so that those sensitive to it can also avoid digestive discomfort.

Complementary drink powder: To be dissolved in liquid. Although it can be drunk at once, for maximum absorption it is better in several portions. After dissolving, it is worth consuming within 8 hours, so it is advisable to prepare 1 portion each in the morning and afternoon, from 2.5 grams of drink powder each. This way it can be comfortably sipped during the day.

Choline has been removed from the product, because our experience from feedback, and newer studies on choline, point in one direction: the type and method of choline supplementation is optimal differently for each individual. For some, lecithin, for others choline salt or another choline source is the most suitable, and e.g. with abundant consumption of quinoa and/or egg yolk/liver it may even be unnecessary to supplement. In summary: Everything (capsules + drink powder) can be taken at once at any main meal, but if your digestive system is sensitive and/or you want to get the maximum out of the product, it is worth taking it in several portions in the ways mentioned.
