GAL Chicken cartilage complex – 90 g

An enzymatically pre-digested (hydrolyzed) chicken cartilage extract produced in France, which contains not only the collagen found in cartilage, but also preserves the other components of the so-called extracellular matrix that makes up cartilage. Thus, in addition to type II collagen, it naturally contains hyaluronic acid and aminoglycans, mainly chondroitin sulfate, not added.

Recommended use: We recommend consuming 1.5 g daily (= 3 ml, or about 1 slightly heaped teaspoon). It can be taken any time, with meals or independently, but is best taken half an hour to 1 hour before exercise, or, if you have a problematic joint, half an hour to 1 hour before it is put under strain (for example, before a longer walk). It can also be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. It is worth consuming dissolved in a little water or other liquid, because although the taste is mild, it is not a pleasure, so it is better in one gulp.

When measuring with the GAL dosing spoon, the powder should always reach the rim at the end of the spoon head, and the level of the powder spread horizontally should reach the point shown on the handle in the figure. After the scooping motion, you can reduce any excess to the desired level by gentle tapping. After a try or two it becomes an easy routine.

Shelf life: After opening, always close the product carefully, so it remains edible for a quarter of a year.
