Trace element complex – without iodine and selenium

We created this product for those who:

• already supplement iodine and selenium from another source (e.g. WTN Selenium complex) but would like to ensure intake of other trace elements too,
• or for whom their doctor or naturopath does not recommend using dietary supplements containing iodine.

Like minerals, trace elements occur in the human body only in small (trace) amounts. Their roles in the body's functioning are diverse, so a varied diet is an important source of them. The trace elements in the product:

• Boron: present in the form of sodium borate.
• Silicon: comes from a natural source, field horsetail extract.
• Chromium: contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.
• Molybdenum: contributes to normal sulfur amino acid metabolism.
• Copper: contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues, normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal hair and skin pigmentation, normal iron transport, the functioning of the immune system, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Note: according to the scientific literature, the absorption of zinc and copper can influence each other, so when supplementing them it is advisable to consider the ratios and timing of intake. Due to the copper content of the product, it is recommended to take zinc supplementation separately, at a different time (e.g. in the form of WTN Zinc complex drops or WTN Zinc bisglycinate).

Main features of the product

• Contains no iodine.

• Contains no zinc, so copper and zinc intake can be well regulated, even separately.
• The chromium in the product is present in the form of chromium yeast.
• The product's trace elements are present in well-defined, stable molecular forms (e.g. copper bisglycinate, chromium yeast).
• The product contains no trace elements in oxide form; quality was a key consideration in selecting the ingredients.
• The formula also contains natural plant extracts (parsley leaf, spinach, moringa, guava leaf and mustard seed extract), which are accompanying substances in the capsule and help preserve the complexity that is also characteristic of natural sources – we call this solution WTN Phytomatrix™.

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 1 capsule a day, preferably between meals, or with a meal in case of a sensitive digestive system.
• It is recommended to take it at least 2 hours apart from zinc-containing dietary supplements – e.g. WTN Zinc bisglycinate, WTN Zinc complex drops, WTN Methyl Spectrum.
• Use as a course: after two-to-three-month courses, take a break of 1 (or even more) months!

Warning:

• Consuming dietary supplements is not a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place.

• If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients, do not use the product!
• It is strongly recommended to take dietary supplements separately from coffee! It is best to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee, or at least 2 hours after.
• Taking dietary supplements with milk-based products is not recommended!
• If you take several dietary supplements, consult a professional about the order in which to take them so that the active ingredients don't cancel each other out.
• Use as a course is recommended, unless your doctor or naturopath has advised otherwise.
