GAL Choline salt drops – 100 ml

We recommend our product primarily to those who eat little egg yolk and liver. The recommended daily choline intake is a minimum of 400 mg for adults, even according to EFSA. 1 egg yolk contains 100-150 mg, while 100 g of liver contains 200-450 mg of choline. The choline content of other foods is low (apart from caviar, marrow and a few uncommon foods). Someone who does not eat 2-3 egg yolks daily + preferably liver at least once a week will therefore have difficulty reaching even this 400 mg daily amount of choline. Yet adequate choline intake is important, among other reasons because it contributes to proper:

• digestion through stomach acid production

• liver function

• homocysteine metabolism

• fat metabolism

Our product contains choline in the form of so-called choline salt (choline chloride), which we chose because it is a well-absorbed, stable form, it was used in many studies, and because no carrier other than water is needed for it.

Recommended use: 6-28 drops daily in one or more portions. Do not consume undiluted; always mix into liquid or food. Because of its salty taste, in small amounts it does not yet spoil the taste of a soup, and it can be used in baking and cooking. If, however, you consume more than a few drops at once and do not like the taste, we recommend dripping it into just 1-2 sips of liquid and downing it quickly between two bites of food, or before a pleasant-tasting drink. During pregnancy and breastfeeding we recommend 12-28 drops, if our diet is not rich in choline.

Shelf life: Consume within one year after opening. Contamination of the pipette leads to rapid spoilage of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of children.
