HerbaTherapy Peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) – 10 ml

Therapeutic peppermint essential oil has a refreshing, invigorating, general toning effect. It is well known to be effective in relieving migraine, nausea and travel sickness (kinetosis). It has mucolytic and antispasmodic properties.

Properties: general tonic, stimulating; anti-itch; pain- and nerve-soothing; refreshing, invigorating, cooling; anesthetic; anti-inflammatory for the urinary tract and intestines; choleretic; aids digestion; strengthens the stomach; relieves nausea; mucolytic; antispasmodic.

Therapeutic suggestions: headache, migraine; itching with eczema or hives; dizziness, travel sickness; physical and mental fatigue; nerve pain, rheumatism, joint and muscle pain; as a refresher in oral hygiene products; sluggish digestion; shock, trauma; low blood pressure.

HerbaTherapy recipe – Concentration-boosting blend: camphor rosemary 2 ml + peppermint 2 ml + lemon 2 ml + apricot kernel oil 4 ml. As olfactory therapy, drop into your palm, raise to your nose and inhale with 7 deep breaths. For diffusing, omit the apricot kernel oil.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in case of epilepsy and high blood pressure, or for children under 6, except on the instruction of a professional! Store protected from light and heat! Do a skin test before use: apply one drop of the essential oil to the crook of your elbow or the inside of your wrist; if no allergic reaction appears within 24 hours, it can be used safely.
