You're in control, not your smartphone!
A skill-building card game for conscious screen use
The Digital Wellbeing cards help you use your smartphone, social media, video-sharing sites, games and other digital devices more consciously.
Digital wellbeing doesn't mean you have to give up technology, or that every minute spent in front of a screen is harmful. Rather, it means being able to notice what and how you use your devices for, how they affect you, and consciously decide which digital habits you want to keep or change.
Instead of dry, prohibition-based education, the card game builds on experiential learning. Through conversations, situational exercises, self-reflection questions and concrete challenges, players can discover
how technology can become a truly useful tool instead of quietly taking control of their attention and everyday lives.
