About the ingredients:
- Apple: natural fruity sweetness, the mild base of the blend
- Blueberry: a dark, pleasantly tart berry; a fruit containing antioxidant compounds
- Rosehip: fresh and fruity; a plant with natural vitamin C content
- Hibiscus: a bright red, pleasantly tart flower; gives the tea a deep color
- Elderberry: a dark, fruity berry; elder is a popular, classic fruit tea ingredient
- Lemon peel: gives the blend a fresh, citrusy aroma
- Beetroot: earthy, natural sweetness and deep color; contains antioxidant compounds

Directions for use:
Preparing the tea
- Bring water to the boil, then let it cool for a few minutes to approx. 80 °C.
- Steep 1 teaspoon (approx. 4 g) of the blend in 0.4–0.5 liters of water for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain. Very delicious even without sweetening.
As an iced fruit tea: brew as above, let it cool, then serve with ice cubes and, if you like, fruit slices. Hot: can be enjoyed fresh, immediately.
Important information
It can become a favorite of the whole family; for very young children give it diluted, and if in doubt, ask your pediatrician. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding because of the hibiscus content.
If you take blood pressure medication, consume with care because of the hibiscus. Do not consume in case of known hypersensitivity to herbs. UKKO Forest Tea is a food, not a medicine; store in a cool, dry place.
