When designing the product, the goal was a balance between active ingredient ratios and convenient dosing; as a compromise, this was the only way – without magnesium – for the active ingredients of WTN Multivitamin Complex to fit into 3 capsules a day.
Magnesium intake can be supplemented according to individual needs, for example with WTN Magnesium complex cream or WTN Magnesium bisglycinate, which fit well with using WTN Multivitamin comfort.

The goal of development was to make available a more simply dosed, cost-effective multivitamin variant which, although a compromise compared to WTN Multivitamin Complex, still contains active ingredients.

When should you choose WTN Multivitamin Complex and when WTN Multivitamin Comfort?

• If you're looking for a multivitamin with good value for money → choose WTN Multivitamin comfort.
• If you want the most comprehensive, multi-component formula possible → stay with WTN Multivitamin Complex.

Main features of WTN Multivitamin comfort

• Contains vitamins and trace elements in amounts tailored to daily needs.
• Also contains ingredients that appear less often in multivitamin formulas (e.g. vitamin K2).
• Thanks to its folate and choline content, it may be suitable for supporting periods of increased micronutrient needs (e.g. pregnancy), in consultation with your doctor.
• The nutrients are present in active form.
• The entire composition is transparent; the exact amount of every active ingredient is stated.
• Contains no forms that could reduce vitamin stability.
• The capsules are free from additives and contain no silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate or other unnecessary excipients.
• Contains no iron, calcium or manganese – these can be supplemented separately according to individual needs.

The price of more convenient dosing

In developing WTN Multivitamin comfort, the goal was for the daily dose to consist of just three capsules. To achieve this:

• We concentrated the active ingredients in one capsule, which may affect the relative utilization of the nutrients.
• It contains no plant phytomatrix, which may affect the degree of nutrient absorption.
• The carotenoids from organic red palm (vitamin A) and the tocotrienols of vitamin E were left out, as using them in adequate concentrations would have significantly increased the price of the product.
• Amino acids, myo-inositol and organic kelp were left out (potassium iodide serves as the iodine source instead), as these would take up significant space in the capsules.

Using iodine from organic kelp in an adequate amount would by itself require a whole capsule.

• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) – one of the main components of fish oils – didn't fit into the formula, as in an adequate amount it would fill a whole capsule.
• For a similar reason, magnesium bisglycinate is not included in the product either, as it is a high-volume active ingredient, so more capsules would be needed to reach the desired amount.

So the substances named in the last 3 points would by themselves fill at least 5–6 capsules, and that's before even counting the vitamins and trace elements.

What does the product NOT contain?

When designing the product's composition, we decided to leave out certain minerals (e.g. iron, calcium, manganese).

The reason is that the general diet typically covers their intake levels, and the product's concept is based on optimizing nutrient ratios.

• Calcium: the diet usually provides enough calcium, so separate supplementation is not necessary; optimal vitamin D3, K2 and A status, adequate stomach acid levels and regular exercise help calcium metabolism.
• Iron: iron intake depends on individual needs; those for whom additional iron intake is justified can supplement it based on individual needs.
• Manganese: with a varied diet, manganese intake is usually sufficient; excessive intake may have adverse effects.

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 3 capsules a day. Preferably half an hour before meals, or with a meal in case of a sensitive digestive system.

Warning:

• Consuming dietary supplements is not a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount!
• Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place.
• Not to be used by children.
• If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients, do not use the product!
• It is strongly recommended to take dietary supplements separately from coffee! It is best to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee, or at least 2 hours after.
• Taking dietary supplements with milk-based products is not recommended.
• If you take several dietary supplements, consult a professional about the order in which to take them so that the active ingredients don't cancel each other out.
