Three adaptogenic plants – maca, shatavari and ashwagandha – complemented with two superfoods. Maca in the Andean tradition, and shatavari and ashwagandha in the Ayurvedic tradition, are all known as companions of the female cycle. Beetroot and baobab are in the blend for flavor and color, since the roots on their own taste earthy.
Recommended daily dose: 1 teaspoon daily, mixed into a smoothie, fruit juice or yogurt. Can be started at any phase of the cycle.
