Redecker soap saver bag – for using up soap remnants

If you use solid soap, the situation is familiar: at the end, a thin, slippery sliver of soap is left that is hard to use. This bag is made for exactly that. Collect the leftovers in it, draw the opening closed, and use it like a washcloth in the shower or bath – the soap lathers inside the bag, and nothing goes to waste.

Material: 30% sisal and 70% cotton, with a cotton cord. Sisal is the fibre of a Mexican agave species, from which rope, massage gloves and rugs are also made – which is why the bag gives a mild exfoliating, peeling effect during use. This way the skin is not only cleansed but also becomes smoother.

It also does a good job in place of a bath sponge or shower puff, and it is practical for travel too: the soap does not spread all over your toiletry bag.

Usage:

Tip:

You can also put an ox gall stain remover soap in it: that way, when rubbing in the stain, not only does the effect of the soap come into play, but the sisal also mechanically loosens the dirt.
