How should you drink the Reflux Tea Blend?

• Heat water to 80–90°C. At this temperature the active ingredients and mucilage of the herbs are best extracted.
• Measure out 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.6 g) of the tea blend and pour half a liter of water over it.
• Steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain thoroughly.
• Drink lukewarm or warm, unsweetened – or with a gentle sweetener (e.g. agave syrup, rapeseed honey).

When should you drink it? Twice a day is recommended – usually in the morning and evening, or adjusted to your acid symptoms (morning–noon or morning–evening). In the case of silent reflux, when symptoms mainly appear in the evening or at night, an evening cup is especially recommended. For more severe complaints, up to 3 cups a day can be consumed.

When can you feel the effect?
