About the ingredients:

• Mate: a South American plant with natural caffeine content; traditionally loved as a refreshing drink
• Green tea: naturally caffeinated, the classic everyday tea
• Ginger: a pleasantly spicy, warming herb that gives the blend character
• Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum): a premium cinnamon with a warm, sweetish aroma and low coumarin content
• Ginseng: a root traditionally used for symptoms of fatigue and weakness (EMA traditional use)

Directions for use:

Preparing the tea

• Bring water to the boil, then let it cool for a few minutes to approx. 80 °C (green tea and mate don't like boiling water).
• Steep 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) of the blend in 0.4–0.5 liters of water for 10–15 minutes.
• Strain. Very delicious even without sweetening.

Drink it after it has cooled slightly; don't drink tea containing mate very hot. We recommend 1–2 mugs a day, mainly in the first half of the day.

Important information

Contains plants with natural caffeine content (mate, green tea). Worth considering for those sensitive to caffeine, and in the late afternoon or evening. Not recommended for children – primarily for adults. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
