UKKO Women's Tea Blend is a carefully composed, 100% natural herbal blend for adult women, for the days of the menstrual cycle. Its yarrow and calendula have traditionally been used for women's complaints, and its lemon balm and linden flower to promote calm and rest. Hibiscus and rose petals add a pleasant, floral-tart flavor and a lovely color.

About the ingredients:

• Yarrow: traditionally used for women's menstrual complaints; Asteraceae family (cross-allergy with ragweed); contains no estrogen
• Hibiscus: a bright red, pleasantly tart flower; gives the tea a deep, lovely color and character
• Calendula: a traditional, floral herb; Asteraceae family (ragweed); not recommended during pregnancy
• Lemon balm: traditionally used to promote calm and sleep (EMA)
• Linden flower: traditionally used as a calming tea; a pleasant, floral taste
• Rose petals: add a delicate floral aroma and an elegant finish

Suggested use:

Preparing the tea

• Shake the blend before use.
• Pour 400–500 ml of hot water over 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.3 g) of the blend.
• Let it steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Delicious even without sweetening.

1–2 mugs a day as needed. As a course, during the menstrual cycle; take breaks during long-term, continuous use.

Important information and contraindications

Must NOT be consumed during pregnancy! Use is PROHIBITED in case of female reproductive cancers (yarrow). Primarily for adult women.

In sensitive individuals, large amounts may cause photosensitivity or skin inflammation; use with caution in case of Asteraceae (ragweed) allergy (yarrow, calendula). If you take anticoagulants, blood pressure medication (due to hibiscus) or other medicines, or are under long-term medical treatment, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
