Vitamin E is actually not a single molecule but a group of eight different compounds:

• 4 tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta)
• 4 tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta)

Tocopherols and tocotrienols are also present together in natural sources, so the full-spectrum formula provides a composition similar to their natural occurrence.

Which forms can we find on the market?

Several forms of vitamin E occur in dietary supplements:

• Synthetic forms (e.g. dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate): usually made chemically, at significantly lower cost.
• Natural forms: tocopherol mixtures extracted from oil plants (soybean, rapeseed, sunflower oil). Variants derived from soybean oil typically have higher gamma- and delta-tocopherol content.
• Tocotrienols: extracted primarily from red palm fruit.

What should you look for when choosing?

• Products containing both mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols ensure supplementation of the full vitamin E spectrum.
• Besides the quantity labeling, it's worth checking the ratio of the individual vitamin E forms (e.g. gamma- and delta-tocopherol).

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 3 pumps of liquid a day, sprayed under the tongue. Hold it under the tongue for 30 seconds!
• Preferably half an hour before the first main meal; in case of a sensitive digestive system, with or after a meal.
• Shake before use!
• Always press the pump down firmly!
