Flavor harmony

The fruity mildness of rosehip rounds off the lively acidity of hibiscus, while lavender and spearmint together add a hint of delicate minty character that gently smooths the flavors together – a balanced, fresh sip.

About the ingredients:

• Hibiscus: a bright red, pleasantly tart flower; gives a natural thirst-quenching character and a deep color, and is a plant containing vitamin C
• Rosehip (rosehip shells): fresh and fruity; a plant with natural vitamin C content
• Spearmint: refreshing, pleasantly minty freshness – milder than peppermint, with less menthol
• Lavender: a distinctive floral scent; traditionally known as the flower of calm, here it adds a delicate lavender aroma

Directions for use:

Preparing the tea

• Bring water to the boil, then let it cool for a few minutes to approx. 80 °C.
• Steep 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) of the blend in 0.4–0.5 liters of water for 10–15 minutes.
• Strain. Very delicious even without sweetening.

As iced tea: brew as above, let it cool, then serve with ice cubes and, if you like, a slice of lemon. Hot: can be enjoyed fresh, immediately.

Important information

It can become a favorite of the whole family; for very young children give it diluted, and if in doubt, ask your pediatrician. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding because of the hibiscus (dominant ingredient).
